Each of my crystal healing sessions is completely customized, with stones carefully and intuitively chosen to support the unique needs and intentions of the client.
Before the session, I review your concerns, goals, and energy patterns, allowing me to select crystals that will best align and activate your chakras. No two sessions are the same—every stone is placed with purpose, creating a deeply personal and intentional healing experience that honors where you are and where you’re ready to go.
Crystal chakra alignment is a healing practice that uses specific stones to balance and activate the body’s seven main energy centers, known as chakras. Each chakra corresponds to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and crystals are chosen based on their energetic resonance with these centers.
During a virtual session, I connect with the client’s energy remotely—often through video call—using intention, visualization, and guided meditation. I place the appropriate crystals on a surrogate body or sacred grid while energetically attuning to the client and guiding them through the session.
Techniques such as sound healing and affirmations may also be incorporated to deepen the alignment. Virtually the client may not physically touch the stones, but the healing energy is transmitted through focused intention and the vibrational nature of our reality and the crystals themselves.
I burn sage and palo santo to cleanse the energy and create a healing space for your session, inviting peace and clarity into the experience.
